Fault codes

If your washing machine, washer dryer, dishwasher, clothes dryer, fridge freezer, built in oven, hob, cooker hood, range cooker or any other kitchen appliance shows you an error code, then please check your user manual first for possible causes.

If you still any need any advice then please call us and we will try and advise you if an engineer will be needed or if it's something you can try fix yourself, (please remember your safety is important to us, so some of the faults will require a specially trained engineer to diagnose and fix/resolve the issue).

You are always welcome to send in pictures or videos of the issue to -: office@appliancetek.co.uk - please add your 'works address' in the email subject field and mark it for the attention of our technical assistant.

Our helpful staff, where possible, will advise you of our labour rates and how we work with our clients before booking in your service call.
